Sydney's Studio takes great pride in creating unique portrais for you and your family .

When we had our storefront studio we were as guilty as most studios with using standard backgrounds. They do produce predictable results and allow the photographer great control over lighting, but has has become our belief that they all start to 'look the same'. Although we still do use some backgrounds, especially high and low key backdrops we have found that outdoor locations or unique indoor locations allow you to own a truly original portrait.

Sydney's Studio knows that taking portraits in these situations require more planning onboth our part and yours but as I think you can see from our images it is well worth it!

If you're looking for the 'standard' portraits we understand and will still do them for you, but if you're ready for something more inspired we want to work with you to get a truly original piece of art!
